HOME GYM

A private training environment designed with purpose.  From natural light and custom wall systems to performance driven equipment and an indoor/outdoor flow.

The layout is built to support multiple training modalities without compromise. Dedicated zones for cardio, cable-based strength training, free weights, turf for sled work, and a battle rope station allow athletes to move seamlessly between disciplines. A mounted resistance band selector wall adds versatility and efficiency, keeping equipment organized and instantly accessible.

This space was designed to bring people together. It supports family training sessions, shared workouts with friends and neighbors, and a culture of movement that extends beyond individual performance. By creating an environment built for connection as much as strength, the gym becomes a place where healthy habits are reinforced through community.

LA QUINTA

GARAGE GYM

Strength and conditioning refined.  This build balances serious performance with clean lines, intentional spacing, and a minimalist palette designed to feel at home in a desert retreat. 

The environment was tailored to perform quietly and powerfully in the background of daily life. Whether used for high-intensity sessions or restorative recovery work, the gym adapts seamlessly to the rhythm of the home. It stands as a dedicated place for progress and discipline, while remaining understated enough to complement the relaxed atmosphere of a desert retreat.

The audio and visual installation was designed to enhance both performance and atmosphere. Integrated speakers deliver balanced, high-output sound throughout the space, while strategically placed displays provide clear visibility for training programs, performance metrics, and instructional content. 

A private training environment that supports disciplined work, without disrupting the ease of a vacation residence.

This build blends strength, conditioning, boxing, and reformer Pilates into a single, cohesive environment.  A space tailored to the needs of multiple family members while maintaining a clean, performance driven aesthetic.

The layout was intentionally designed to allow each training discipline to coexist without compromise.  Material selection, lighting, and equipment placement were carefully coordinated to support both performance and atmosphere.

Curated sports memorabilia bring a personal layer of identity to the space, transforming the gym into a reflection of the family’s athletic journey. Framed artwork, meaningful trophies, and performance inspired visuals add character and motivation, creating an environment that celebrates past achievements while fueling future goals.

An integrated sound system further elevates the training experience, delivering powerful, immersive audio throughout the space.

REDONDO BEACH

GARAGE GYM

Designed for the business professional balancing demanding work and family life.  This build uses the symmetry of fluted wall panels and a balance of light and dark tones to create a grounded training environment. Warm wood textures soften steel, while clean lines and intentional layout bring power to every session.

Performance flooring anchors the space with stability and durability, while fluted wall panels add texture and architectural rhythm. A balanced paint palette and layered lighting create the right atmosphere for both high energy training and focused recovery. Integrated audio and visual systems complete the environment, delivering sound and visuals that reflect the client’s lifestyle and support consistent physical growth and mental clarity for the entire household.

By blending a purposeful gym seamlessly into the home, this space allows peak performance without sacrificing time. Supporting strength, clarity, and presence where it matters most, at home with family.
